Petrene Pearce is responsible for the commercial and risk management of the North American procurement and distribution business. Mrs Pearce brings over thirty years of finance and control experience in the rubber business, and most recently in coffee, cotton and sugar. With a career including senior roles at Lewis & Peat Rubber Group and Armenia Coffee Corporation, Mrs. Pearce joins from RCMA Group where she held the Global Deputy CFO role for the past ten years.

Jankees Maats is responsible for the commercial and risk management of the European procurement and distribution business. Mr Maats holds over 25 years of experience in the rubber trade having started his career in commodities trading in cocoa before switching to natural rubber and latex for the European, South African and South American markets. Mr Maats joined Corrie MacColl through Halcyon Agri’s acquisition of RCMA’s polymer division in 2018, where he served as Managing Director for Europe and Chairman of Kelvin Terminals.

As Managing Director, Rubber and Trading, Chris Tjia is responsible for all commercial activities of the North America natural rubber business. Mr Tjia commenced his rubber career on one of the oldest rubber plantations in Sumatra, Indonesia. He held various roles in logistics, supply chain management and trading in Jakarta, London, Singapore and the United States of America. Mr Tjia brings with him 23 years of rubber industry experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

John Heath has spent more than 40 years in the rubber industry having worked at Revertex, Industrial Latex Adhesives, Mardec Industrial Latex and Cargill. His specialisation in latex continued with Wurfbain Polymer and GMG Investments, in which he developed the markets for our Hevecam plantation output, before assuming his responsibilities as Joint Commercial Director Latex for Corrie MacColl Europe. Mr Heath graduated from the University of Oxford where he obtained a Masters of Arts.

Lou Mucciolo oversees the commercial supply of latex and specialties to the North American market. Mr Mucciolo has spent almost 40 years in the rubber industry with experience in supply chain management, sales and trading.

Victor Coronado is responsible for the commercial activities of Synthetic Rubber and Chemicals to the North American market. Mr. Coronado has over 30 years of experience in the cement, home building, and synthetic rubber industries. He held roles in marketing, logistics and 17 years in synthetic rubber sales. He started his career with Holcim Mexico before working with Dynasol group. Mr. Coronado joined Corrie MacColl through Halcyon Agri’s acquisition of RCMA’s polymer division in 2018. .

As Joint Commerical Director, Dry Rubber, Dirk Hartmann oversees the daily trading, distribution & risks for dry rubber into Europe and is responsible for the marketing of our Cameroon dry rubber. Mr Hartmann is also responsible for the operations in the Corrie MacColl Deutschland GmbH office in Hamburg, bringing over 30 years of industry experience. Mr Hartmann holds a masters degree in Economics from Hamburg University.

As Joint Commercial Director, Latex, Christof Passinger brings over 30 years of experience in the distribution of natural latex and specialties, such as pre-vulcanised and evaporated latex concentrates. Mr Passinger joined Corrie MacColl through Centrotrade Deutschland GmbH, following experience at Kautschuk Gesellschaft mbH.

Freddy Lee is responsible for the commercial and risk management of Corrie MacColl in Malaysia and in Thailand. Mr Lee joined Halcyon Agri in 2015 and holds more than 35 years of experience in the natural rubber industry.

Jimmy Francis is a seasoned planter with over 20 years of rich experience in varied plantation crops and agro-climatic conditions. Having moved to Africa in 2009, Mr Francis has been instrumental in the initial set up of Sudcam from a grassroots level. Mr Francis is responsible for all matters relating to the future development of the Sudcam plantation.

Mr Hu brings over 10 years of experience in rubber plantations. Having studied tropical agronomy in China, Mr Hu has worked across tropical commodities in Indonesia and West Africa.

Pascal de Maat has been with Kelvin Terminals, our storage and tank facility services for over 30 years. Mr de Maat has been involved in all operational activities for the business including setting up the ISO 9001 certification of industrial quality standards, followed by ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications. Mr de Maat responsible for the continued development and expansion of Kelvin Terminals as it becomes the leading natural latex hub in Northwest Europe.
