Sudcam Wins National Health & Safety Competition

Congratulations to our teams in Sudcam, our rubber plantation and processing site in Cameroon, for winning 1st place in a national health & safety competition. The televised awards ceremony was presented by the Minister of Labour in Yaoundé and timed to coincide with Labour Day.

The competition has been ongoing since October 2023; rigorously auditing companies operating in Cameroon across the following processes and procedures:

• Safety management program
• Health and safety inspection programs
• Safety of all facilities
• Safety training
• Risk assessments
• Fire safety
• Chemical management
